Returns & Exchanges

At BE Ultimate Apparel, we are dedicated to providing high-performance gear that meets your athletic standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the apparel is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack it securely in the original shipping bag if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
